BIO 101 Introduction to Biology

This course is an introduction to the fundamental concepts and theories of biology. The scientific process is introduced followed by the application of the scientific method. Major topics include the physical and chemical properties of life, cellular structure and function, genetics, reproduction, evolution, biodiversity and biological implications of modern technology.
