CSC 240L Network Fundamentals

This course is the first in a two-course sequence to help provide a foundation for students to prepare for the CompTIA Network+ certification exam.  Students are introduced to network fundamentals such as protocols, topologies, hardware, and network operating systems. It provides in-depth coverage of TCP/IP, Ethernet, wireless transmission, and security. The course will prepare students to select the best network design, hardware, and software for the environment.
