CSC 121L Foundations of Computing II

This course provides an overview of information technology with a focus on software. Using multiple learning formats, students acquire skills to provide end users support such as software installation, configuration, PCs and mobile devices maintenance, and troubleshooting. This course prepares students for CompTIA A+ 220-1002 (Core 2) certificate exam.
