EDD 601 Organizational Ethics and Equity
This course will introduce students to the study of different aspects of leadership. Students will review a variety of leadership case studies that focus on the traits, characteristics, models, and dimensions of leadership coupled with a critical examination of sustainable theory in organizational settings. The course will cover major characteristics of leadership by researching leadership theory with application to issues and apply these theories to help inform and explore their own research interests.
