FIN 501 Strategic Corporate Finance
The purpose of this course is to review fundamentals and apply corporate financial strategies, the maximizing of resources, the accomplishment of long and short term financial goals, financial planning, pricing models, corporate capital structure, cost of capital, capital budgeting analysis, and dividend policies. Long term financing decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and international finance are also included. Mastery of these skills will be demonstrated by the student through the completion of a session-long application project.
