Glenn R. Jones College of Business

Organizational Leadership Certificate

This certificate consists of a series of four undergraduate-level courses designed to provide students with leadership strategies based on research confirmed in practice in all types of industries and environments. The goal of the Certificate in Organization Leadership is to equip students with theories, strategies, and techniques that enable them to provide effective leadership and decision making in all types of organizations. The certificate focuses on change management, development, influence and persuasion, and decision making in an organizational context.
