OPM 500 Operations Management for Managers
Students in this course will learn operations and production management tools for manufacturing and service organizations. Topics covered include quality management and continuous improvement, productivity, capacity planning, acceptance sampling, forecasting, and materials requirements planning and their relationship to other business functions like marketing, human resource management, accounting, and finance.
