Bachelor of Science in Health Administration Requirements

 

Degree Semester Hour Requirement

A minimum of 120 semester hours

Residency Requirement

A minimum of 30 semester hours must be completed at Trident.

Upper Division Semester Hour Requirement

A minimum of 32 upper division semester hours

General Education Requirements

A minimum of 36 semester hours are required to meet degree requirements, these can be met through a combination of specific General Education coursework and Core requirements that also meet General Education competencies.

The Health Administration General Education requirements are:

Arts and Humanities

2 Courses / 8 Semester Hours

1 competency met by BHS 414 in Program Core

English Composition 2 Courses / 8 Semester Hours

Program Core Special Instructions

BHA 499: Capstone in Health Administration may not be taken until all other core and concentration courses have been successfully completed. A minimum grade of “C” is required in BHA 499 to meet graduation requirements.

General Elective Requirement

Students will take 44 semester hours of General Elective courses to bring degree totals to 120 semester hours.
